(1) Within three months of the expiration of the period specified in sub-section (4) of section 93, the license granted to operate the transport service should be renewed.
(2) The vehicle owner, manager or the person assigned by them must submit an application to the department along with the receipt in the prescribed format for renewing the license as per sub-section (1).
(3) If an application for renewal is made as per sub-section (2), the department shall renew such permit for another five years.
(4) From the vehicle owner or manager who comes to renew such a permit before the deadline as per sub-section (1), it will be renewed by charging 100% additional fee in addition to the renewal fee for one month after the deadline.
